At Pad&Paw, we treasure our beautiful planet and aim for sustainability in everything we do. This philosophy extends to our returns policy too.
Why no returns? Every shipped return leaves a carbon footprint. We want to minimize our ecological paw-print. So, if something's not quite right, let us know. Send a quick message and a photo of the issue, and we'll fix it together.
Our refund policy is active for 14 days after you've received your product. If things don't go quite as planned, here's our game plan to make it right:
Order Not Received:
Is your tracking playing peekaboo? If it cheekily says "delivered" but there's no sign of it, a note from your local post office with their official seal will set us on detective mode.
Damaged Goods:
If the thrill of unboxing is marred by damaged goods, our hearts feel it too. But fret not, if your pet's new toy or treat isn't in tip-top shape, send us a quick message with a photo of the issue, and we'll work together to make it right, with your satisfaction as our top priority.
Wrong or Missing Products:
Bloopers happen! If your order and our dispatch had a little miscommunication, let us know. Whether it's another product you'd fancy or some other solution, we'll work it out together.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We're genuinely bummed when packages decide to play hide-and-seek in the wild or get swiped. But as much as it pains us, we can't offer refunds for these elusive parcels.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund seems to be dilly-dallying, please be patient for 3-5 working days. If there's still radio silence after this period, our virtual doors are always open. Pop into our inbox, and we’ll chase it down.
